The Tools​

  • Transcriptor – Transcribes your voice calls into annotated and tagged text.
  • Contacter – Displays, modifies, tags, and views the revision history of generated information.
  • Importer – Imports chat and SMS messages into CTT files (under development).
  • Ainter (or AI-Enricher) – Uses AI to enrich information and generate summaries, action lists, issue lists, etc
  • Placer – Extracts the enriched information and stores it in your database.

Under planning and development​

  • Finder – Retrieves database and API content to feed the AI. Provides the AI with external information. securely (under development).
  • Chatent – Provides an AI-powered text chat for agents (under development).
  • Chatomer – Provides an AI-powered text chat for customers (under development).
  • Callomer – Provides an AI-powered voice chat for customers (under development).

The Apparatus​

  • CTT File – A JSON file containing complete interaction data and metadata.
  • Configuration Files – System settings files:
    • contacter.yaml – Main configuration file.
    • keys.yaml – Security tokens and passwords.
  • Command Files – Operation definition files:
    • tag.yaml – Tagging instructions file.
    • ainter_*.yaml – Enrichment Cequation file.
    • placer_*.yaml – Database upload Cequation file.
  • Cequation – Executes equations and variable assignments.
